Why Tokyo?

It surprises people that a Vienna company runs its production cluster from Japan. The honest answer is capacity and independence: a Tier-III Tokyo facility gave us managed bare-metal at a price and quality that let us avoid reselling a hyperscaler under our own name.

For our DACH clients the latency is well within tolerance for mail, file sync, and web workloads, and it gives us genuinely independent infrastructure — not a thin wrapper over someone else's cloud.
