About

A small team that takes infrastructure seriously.

Lemiar IT Services GmbH was founded in Vienna in 2026 on a simple premise: small and mid-sized companies deserve the same boring, dependable infrastructure that large ones take for granted — without needing a full in-house ops team to run it.

Why we started

The founders had spent years watching small businesses get pushed onto opaque hyperscaler bills and reseller mail accounts where nobody could answer a simple question about where their data actually lived.

Lemiar was the alternative: run real infrastructure, operate it transparently, and put a competent human on the other end of every ticket.

How we work

We keep the client list deliberately small. Every account is run on a monthly retainer, monitored around the clock, and backed by infrastructure we operate directly rather than resell.

We'd rather say no to a bad fit than over-promise. It's a quieter way to grow, and it's the reason our clients stay.

What we value
🔒

Transparency

You can always find out exactly where your data lives and who has access to it. No black boxes.

Boring reliability

Infrastructure should be uneventful. The best compliment we get is that you forgot we were there.

🎯

Right-sizing

We build for the company you are, not the one a vendor wishes you were. No upsell theatre.

The team

People, not a ticket queue.

A small, senior team — the person who sets up your infrastructure is usually the person who answers when you call.
